Regional economic development agency for Sumadija and Pomoravlje

The Regional Agency for Economic Development of Sumadija and Pomoravlje DOO was founded in 2005 through the process of transformation of the Regional Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises "Sumadija" which was established in 2002 within the project "Non-financial support to the SME sector in Serbia" financed by the European Union, and through the European Agency for Reconstruction.

The primary goal of the Regional Agency is to create conditions and stimulate the economic and social development of the region of Sumadija and Pomoravlje.

The mission of the Regional Agency is to create the conditions for a sustainable socio-economic development of Sumadija and Pomoravlje through the construction of regional and local economic instruments and a stable network of key factors: the Government of the Republic of Serbia, local authorities, the Regional Chamber of Commerce, the National Employment Service, the Association of Entrepreneurs, financial institutions, donors, NGOs, local media, service providers and others.

The vision of the Regional Agency is to represent the key driver of development processes in the region of Sumadija and Pomoravlje through the creation and coordination of the implementation of development strategies, strengthening the identity of the territory in which it exercises its influence and the creation of networks and partnerships of key stakeholders.
