North Macedonia - Rural youth and women employment, based on the social entrepreneurship and collective short supply chain
National training “Rural youth and women employment, based on the social entrepreneurship and collective short supply chain” was held on 25th and 26th October 2019 in Demir Kapija, North Macedonia.
Training was organized through the project “Innovative Support to employment of Rural marginalized groups – SyneRgi” supported by Visegrad International Fund.
On training, youth and women from short supply chains developed capacities about social entrepreneurship, role of LAGs in short supply chains development and short supply chains.
Trainers were selected by North Macedonia Rural Development Network from participants of the trainings of trainers organized in earlier phase of the project.
The participants and trainers tried to improve capacities in supporting short value chains in their communities.
