Consultative meeting “Improving information of farmers, as well as improving the decision makers and small producers dialogue regarding the establishment of adequate procedures for the sale of traditional products”

On May 3rd, 2017, a consultative meeting on the topic “Improving information of farmers, as well as improving the decision makers and small producers' dialogue regarding the establishment of adequate procedures for the sale of traditional products” was held in Ljig. The meeting was attended by representatives of local institutions, CSOs, as well as people from local communities who are interested in this topic.

Consultative meeting “Improving measures to support the employment of women in the countryside, as well as measures of social protection”

On April 27th, 2017, a consultative meeting on the topic “Improving measures to support the employment of women in the countryside, as well as measures of social protection” was held in Vrsac. The meeting was attended by representatives of local institutions, CSOs, as well as people from local communities who are interested in the above topic.

Training “Lobbying and advocacy”

On December 8th and 9th, 2016, in Kragujevac was held training on topic “Lobbying and advocacy”. The training was organized within the framework of the project "ALTER - Active Local Territories for Economic Development of Rural Areas" funded by the European Union. The project is implemented at the national level by the Network for rural development of Serbia.
The training was attended by representatives of CSOs from Serbia, as well as colleagues from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

Regional training “Advocacy, lobbying and policy research and analysis of local, national and EU policies and instruments of rural development”

Three day regional training of trainers “Advocacy, lobbying and policy research and analysis of local, national and EU policies and instruments of rural development” was held in Vrnjacka Banja from 29th August to 2nd September 2016.

The training supported improvement of role of CSO and CSO networks to be capable of being equal, valuable and resourceful partners to national and regional authorities and to the EU through increasing their knowledge related to advocacy and lobbying, research and analysis, with a focus on sustainable rural development.
