On November 24, 2016, in Niš was held consultative meeting on topic “Defining priorities of rural development of municipalities, regions and Republic of Serbia”. The meeting was organized within the framework of the project "ALTER - Active Local Territories for Economic Development of Rural Areas" funded by the European Union. The project is implemented at the national level by the Network for rural development of Serbia.

The project is implemented at the national level by the Network for rural development of Serbia.

The meeting was attended by the actors of rural development of the North Banat and North Backa regions:

On November 4, 2016, in Užice was held consultative meeting on topic “Defining priorities of rural development of municipalities, regions and Republic of Serbia”. The meeting was organized within the framework of the project "ALTER - Active Local Territories for Economic Development of Rural Areas" funded by the European Union. The project is implemented at the national level by the Network for rural development of Serbia.
The meeting was attended by the actors of rural development of the Zlatibor and Moravica regions:

The first annual and thematic meetings between CSO Networks in the applicant countries and countries with relevant experience within the EU organized in Voskopoje (Albania) from 13th to 16th September 2016. This multi-national thematic meeting between CSO Networks in the Western Balkan countries and countries within the EU is a part of the project to ensure intensive dialogue with EU institutions and CSO networks with relevant experience within the EU.

Three day regional training of trainers “Advocacy, lobbying and policy research and analysis of local, national and EU policies and instruments of rural development” was held in Vrnjacka Banja from 29th August to 2nd September 2016.

The training supported improvement of role of CSO and CSO networks to be capable of being equal, valuable and resourceful partners to national and regional authorities and to the EU through increasing their knowledge related to advocacy and lobbying, research and analysis, with a focus on sustainable rural development.

On June 6, 2016, in Bač was held consultative meeting with stakeholders in the framework of the project "ALTER - Active Local Territories for Economic Development of Rural Areas" funded by the European Union and implemented by the Network for rural development of Serbia.
Representatives of CSOs interested in rural development attended the meeting.

- planned activities.

On June 3, 2016, in Vrnjačka Banja was held consultative meeting with stakeholders in the framework of the project "ALTER - Active Local Territories for Economic Development of Rural Areas" funded by the European Union and implemented by the Network for rural development of Serbia.
